Returns & Refunds Policy

At Artisan Thread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund process in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:

• It is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• It is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• It is not a custom-made or personalised item (unless faulty).

2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Package the item securely and send it back via a tracked shipping service.
4. Keep your proof of postage until your return is processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Digital downloads or PDF patterns
• Items marked as final sale

8. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• If a refund is issued, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
